I'm Xinyu Hong, currently a data scientist at Enigma Technologies. I work with both data and system. I apply machine learning to entity resolution and industry classification, and build end-to-end ML systems and data workflows. I'm also a certified AWS solutions architect (associate).

Before joining Enigma, I use computational and experimental approaches to study bacterial gene regulation.

I love building end-to-end ML applications/systems. At leisure I think about two questions: 1. From an engineering perspective how to leverage serverless to help people build things and process data faster? 2. From a science perspective how to leverage ML to accelerate research (currently focusing on genomics and literature processing)?
